专利摘要:
A rail fastening means (2) connecting rail (3) and sleeper (1) consists of a screw connection (5) for fastening a connecting member (8) contacting a rail foot (7) of a rail (3) by a contact element (6) ) at the threshold (1). The contact element (6) of the connecting member (8) is designed as a rolling body (10) rotatable about an axis (9) for unrolling on the rail (3) in a rail longitudinal direction. Thus, a simplified temporary collapse of a group of thresholds (1) is possible in order to create a gap for a piecewise track rehabilitation.

专利说明:

[01] The invention relates to a rail fastening means, comprising a screw connection for fastening a connecting member contacting a rail foot of a rail to the threshold.
[02] The invention also relates to a method for a section-by-section rehabilitation of a track having rails and sleepers, in which a group of adjacent sleepers is displaced in a rail longitudinal direction in such a way that a gap for the passage of sleepers and / or for unobstructed ballast cleaning is created.
[03] WO 2012 095152 discloses a method for section-by-section rehabilitation of a track, wherein a group of adjacent sleepers is displaced in a rail longitudinal direction in such a way that a gap for the passage of sleepers and / or for unobstructed ballast cleaning is created.
The object of the present invention is now to provide a rail fastening means or method of the aforementioned type, with which a simplification of a section-wise track rehabilitation is possible.
This object is achieved with a rail fastening means or a method of the generic type by the features cited in the characterizing part of claim 1 and 5, respectively.
Further advantages of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims and the drawing description.
[07] In the following the invention will be described in more detail with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawing. 1 shows a view in a rail longitudinal direction of two rail fastening means connecting a threshold to a rail, FIG. 2 shows a plan view of both rail fastening means, and FIGS. 3, 4 each show a simplified side view of a track.
[08] A threshold 1 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is connected to a rail 3 by specially designed rail fastening means 2. For the sake of simplicity, only one rail 2 of a track 4 is shown here. The second rail 2 of the track 4, not shown, is likewise connected to the threshold 1 by two such rail fastening means 2.
[09] Each rail fastening means 2 consists of a screw connection 5 for fastening a connecting element 8 contacting a rail foot 7 of the rail 3 by a contact element 6 on the floating element. The contact element 6 of the connecting member 8 is designed as a rotatable about an axis 9 rolling body 10 for rolling on the rail 3 in a rail longitudinal direction 11. The screw 5 is anchored in a hole of the threshold 1, which usually serves to fasten one of the many known rail fasteners.
As can be seen in particular in FIG. 2, a free end 12 of the connecting member 8 provided for a position above the rail foot 7 is arranged centrally between two rolling bodies 10 provided for rolling on the rail foot 7. At the free end 12 of the connecting member 8, a clamping device 13 for producing a frictional connection between the connecting member 8 and rail 7 is arranged. The clamping device 13, which is embodied here by way of example as a screw, could also be designed as an eccentric or the like.
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, each of a rail 3 associated rail fasteners 2 a group of adjacent sleepers 1 by a variable length connecting member 14, preferably a chain, connected to each other. A length I of the arranged between the rail fastening means 2 of two adjacent sleepers 1 connecting element 14 is formed according to a threshold distance of the track 4. The connecting element 14 could alternatively be designed, for example, telescopically extendable.
For a section-wise rehabilitation of the track 4, a group of adjacent sleepers 1 in the rail longitudinal direction 11 is displaced in such a way that a gap 15 for the passage of sleepers 1 and / or for an unhindered ballast cleaning arises (see Fig. 3). For a simplified displacement of the sleepers 1 relative to both rails 3, the original rail fastening means are removed and, in the alternative, replaced by the rail fastening means 2 described in FIGS. 1 and 2. These can now, together with the associated threshold 1, be unrolled or displaced very simply by a manpower by hand on the rails 3 in their longitudinal direction, in order to create the clearance gap 15 required for the track-renewal (see Fig. 4). The threshold 1 can be connected to the displacement of the rails 3, optionally by actuation of the clamping device 13 designed as a screw, in order to reliably prevent further unintentional displacement.
As a result of intensively traveled tracks 4 only short time window for a track rehabilitation are available in an exemplary use here mentioned example connected to the rail fastening means 2 according to the invention thresholds 1 - after cleaning the stored in the gap 15 gravel - again in their starting position moved back (see Fig. 4). Only on the following day in a further redevelopment stage, a renewal of the thresholds 1, again - as already mentioned - by moving a group of sleepers 1, the now required for a threshold clearance gap is created 15.
[14] For the said backward displacement of the sleepers 1, it is of particular advantage if two adjacent sleepers 1 are each coupled by a connecting element 14, preferably designed as a chain. Therefore, only the threshold 1 adjoining the gap 15 must be detected and shifted back to its original position. Since the rolling resistance due to the rolling elements 10 is very low, this shift can be performed easily by a worker by hand. The adjacent, interconnected by the connecting elements 14 thresholds 1 of the group are automatically carried along in their respective original position. As a result of the determined at a threshold distance length I each connecting element 14 ensures that with the return shift of the thresholds 1 is automatically the correct threshold distance.
